REGLEMENT D’ORDRE INTERIEUR
La bourse se déroule le 11 novembre sous chapiteau chauffé
De 8h30 à 16h00
1. Votre réservation ne sera définitive qu’après paiement intégral de l’emplacement ET après réception du formulaire d’inscription. Le paiement doit s’effectuer avant le 15/10 2008. Les stands réservés n’ayant pas été payés le 15/10/2008 seront redistribués à d’autres candidats (last-minute).Le remballage ne pourra se faire qu’après 15h30
2. Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de refuser toute demande d’inscription, et ce, sans devoir en donner le motif.
3. Chaque participant recevra un numéro d’inscription dans l’ordre d’arrivée des inscriptions. Aucune priorité ne sera accordée .Aucun remboursement ne pourra se faire que si une annulation de la bourse a lieu pour cause de force majeure.
4. Arrivée
L’ouverture du secrétariat et l’accueil aura lieu de 6h30 à 8h00, L’ouverture au public est à 8H30 précise. Au delà de 8h00, plus aucun exposant ne sera accepté.
5. Bourse militaria :
Chaque stand a une longueur de 3 mètres linéaire (le côté de vente) et une profondeur de 2,5 mètres
Le prix par stand est fixé à 5 euros le mètre linéaire avec un minimum de 3 mètres Chaque exposant recevra 2 entrées gratuites. La liste des vendeurs de votre stand devra être communiquée dès l’inscription de votre stand. Un contrôle d’identité pourra se faire pour la vérification
Les inscriptions reçues après le 15 octobre 2008 seront 3 euros plus chère par mètre linéaire (sans exceptions). Le mètre linéaire vous coûtera donc 8€

Les participants peuvent prendre possession de leurs stands de vente le 11 novembre à partir de 6h30 jusque 8h30 L’ouverture au public à partir de 8H30
Les exposants doivent être parfaitement en règle avec la législation belge en ce qui concerne l’exposition et la vente d’armes. Les exposants sont obligés de pouvoir montrer leur agrément d’armurier et/ou de collectionneur. Il faut savoir que les autorités pourront effectués des contrôles. L’organisateur ne pourra être tenu responsable du non respect des lois et décrets sur le territoire belge
Extrait de la loi Belge concernant les armes à feu (9 juin 2006) : Seuls sont autorisés à exposer, vendre, échanger des armes en vente libre en Belgique, dans une bourse militaria, les titulaires d’un agrément d’armurier et/ou de collectionneur. Pour les exposant NON BELGES, les armuriers professionnels sont seuls autorisés à exposer ce type d’armes. Sont également interdites à la BOURSE , les munitions en état de fonctionnement, ainsi que les douilles et les projectiles, à moins qu’ils n’aient été rendus inaptes au tir. Armes en vente libre en Belgique : armes neutralisées par le banc d’Epreuve, armes blanches non prohibées, certaines armes à feu anciennes, utilisant exclusivement cartouches à poudre noire et à amorçage incorporé dont le modèle ou le brevet est antérieur à 1890 et fabrication antérieure à 1945, armes anciennes se chargeant par culasse, la bouche du canon ou l’avant du barillet, exclusivement avec cartouches à poudre noire ou avec cartouches à poudre noire à amorçage séparé, certaines armes à feu d’intérêt historique, utilisant des munitions à poudre vive, définies par le Roi, les armes factices, d’alarmes (poinçon BEL), armes de signalisation (si impossibilité de tirer une cartouche à gaz ou à balle).
Il est également interdit de vendre, d’échanger ou d’exposer tout objet pouvant donner lieu à tout sentiment de racisme ou xénophobie. Chaque exposant doit être en règle avec la législation et en particulier les lois fiscales en vigueur en Belgique. Ni les organisateurs, ni leurs collaborateurs ne peuvent être rendus responsables du fait que lors d’un contrôle éventuel, les exposants ne soient administrativement pas en règle.
6. Parkings des exposants est prévu,aucun véhicule ne peut entrer dans le chapiteau.
7. Responsabilité :
Ni les organisateurs, ni leurs collaborateurs ne peuvent être rendus responsables pour la perte, le vol ou des dommages au matériel apportés et sur les stands. Ni les organisateurs, ni leurs collaborateurs ne peuvent être rendus responsables d’accidents ou de dommages corporels quel que soit l’endroit de la bourse. Tout dommage causé par un participant ou un visiteur, sera réparé aux frais de l’auteur. Chaque participant à la bourse devra être assuré en responsabilité civile et contre l’incendie. Il est strictement interdit de produire du feu ou d’entrer sur le site avec des produits inflammables.
8. Extincteurs : CHAQUE participant est obligé d’avoir un extincteur valable et contrôlé à proximité. Chaque participant est responsable pour tout dommage causé par un incendie.
9. Les chiens : sont interdits 18. Sécurité d’incendie : il est strictement interdit de faire des feux ouverts (par exemple corbeilles/ paniers de feu).
10. Si en cas de force majeur, la bourse ne pourrait avoir lieu, les exposants déjà inscrits ne pourraient pas demander de dommages et intérêts.
11. CHAQUE participant et ses assistants sont tenus de respecter ce règlement d’ordre intérieur. En cas de situation de crise, ils suivront les indications du personnel organisateur et de sécurité sans tergiverser. En cas de conflit, le participant et ses assistants s’en tiendront aux décisions des organisateurs. Toute infraction à ce règlement d’ordre intérieur peut entraîner l’expulsion du terrain et ce, sans avoir droit à une indemnisation. En cas de différence, le règlement d’ordre intérieur Néerlandophone s’applique.
12 Il est strictement interdit de fumer dans le chapiteau. Ils devront aller dehors et s’assurer que leur mégot soit bien éteint.
13. Chaque exposant devra se munir de tables pour mettre sa marchandise.
The stock exchange(grant) takes place on November 11th under warmed capital(big top)
From 8:30 am till 4:00 pm
1. Your booking will be definitive only after complete payment of the place AND after reception of the form of registration(inscription). The payment has to be before made 15/10 2008. The reserved(distant) stands(pits) not having been paid on 15/10/2008 will be redistributed to the other candidates (last-minute) .The remballage can be made only after 15h30.
The opening of the secretarial department(secretariat) and the reception will take place of 6:30 am at 8:00 am, The opening to the public is at 8:30 am clarifies. Beyond 8:00 am, no more exhibitor will be accepted.
5. Stock exchange militaria: every stand(pit) has a linear 3 metre length (the side of sale) and a 2,5 metre depth The price(prize) by stand(pit) is fixed to 5 euro the linear metre with a minimum of 3 metres Every exhibitor will receive 2 free entrances(entries). The list of the salesmen of your stand(pit) must be communicated from the registration(inscription) of your stand.

Extract of the Belgian law concerning firearms (in June 9th, 2006): only are authorized to expose(explain), to sell, to exchange weapons on open sale in Belgium, in a militaria stock exchange(grant), the holders of an enjoyment(approval) of gunsmith andor collector. To exposing(explaining) them not BELGIANS, the professional gunsmiths are only authorized to expose(explain) this type of weapons. Ammunitions in state of functioning, as well as doh are also forbidden the STOCK EXCHANGE(GRANT), Ammunitions in state of functioning, as well as cartridges and missiles, unless they are made unfit of the shooting(firing). 6. Car parks of the exhibitors is foreseen(planned), no vehicle can enter the capital(big top).
7. . Responsibility: neither the organizers, nor their co-workers can be made responsible for the loss, the flight(theft) or for damages in the material(equipment) brought and on stands(pits). Neither the organizers, nor their co-workers can be made responsible for accidents or for physical injury whatever is the place of the stock exchange(grant). Any damage caused by a participant or a visitor, will be repaired at the expense of the author. Every participant to the stock exchange(grant) must be assured(insured) in civil liability and against the fire. It is strictly forbidden to produce of the fire(light) or to enter on the site with flammable products.
8. Fire extinguishers: EVERY participant is obliged to have a fire extinguisher valid and checked near. Every participant is responsible for any damage caused by a fire.
9. Dogs: 18 are forbidden. Safety(security) of fire: it is strictly forbidden to make opened fires(lights) (for example baskets / baskets of fire(light)).
10. If in case of strength major, the stock exchange(grant) could not take place, the already registered exhibitors could not ask of damages.
11. EVERY participant and his assistants are anxious to respect this regulation(payment) of internal order. In case of crisis situation, they will follow the indications of the organizing staff and the safety(security) without delaying. In case of conflict, the participant and his assistants will be held in the decisions of the organizers. Any malpractice against this regulation(payment) of internal order can pull(entail) the eviction of the ground and it, without being entitled to a compensation. In case of difference, the regulation(payment) of Dutch-speaking internal order applies.
12 He(It) is strictly no smoking in the capital(big top). They will have to go outside and make sure that their butt is put out(switched off) well.
13. Every exhibitor will have to arm himself with tables to put his goods.
