La bourse se d\u00e9roule le 11 novembre sous chapiteau chauff\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

De 8h30 \u00e0 16h00<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.      <\/span>Votre r\u00e9servation ne sera<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> <\/span>d\u00e9finitive qu\u2019apr\u00e8s paiement  <\/span>int\u00e9gral de l\u2019emplacement ET apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception du formulaire d\u2019inscription. Le paiement doit s\u2019effectuer avant le 15\/10 2008. Les stands r\u00e9serv\u00e9s n\u2019ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9s le 15\/10\/2008 seront redistribu\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres candidats (last-minute).Le remballage ne pourra se faire qu\u2019apr\u00e8s 15h30 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2.<\/span><\/span>      <\/span><\/span>Les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit de refuser toute demande d\u2019inscription, et ce, sans devoir en donner le motif.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

       <\/span>L\u2019ouverture du secr\u00e9tariat et l\u2019accueil aura lieu de 6h30 \u00e0 8h00, L\u2019ouverture au public est \u00e0 8H30 pr\u00e9cise. Au del\u00e0 de 8h00, plus aucun exposant ne sera accept\u00e9. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5.<\/span><\/span>      <\/span><\/span>Bourse militaria : <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/em>Chaque stand a une longueur de 3 m\u00e8tres lin\u00e9aire  <\/span>(le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de vente) et une profondeur de 2,5 m\u00e8tres
\nLe prix par stand est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 5 euros le m\u00e8tre lin\u00e9aire avec un minimum de 3 m\u00e8tres<\/span><\/span> Chaque exposant recevra 2 entr\u00e9es gratuites<\/span><\/span>. La liste des vendeurs de votre stand devra \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9e d\u00e8s l\u2019inscription de votre stand. \nLes exposants doivent \u00eatre parfaitement en r\u00e8gle avec la l\u00e9gislation belge en ce qui concerne l\u2019exposition et la vente d\u2019armes. Les exposants sont oblig\u00e9s de pouvoir montrer leur agr\u00e9ment d\u2019armurier et\/ou de collectionneur. Il faut savoir que les autorit\u00e9s pourront effectu\u00e9s des contr\u00f4les. L\u2019organisateur ne pourra \u00eatre tenu responsable du non respect des lois et d\u00e9crets sur le territoire belge<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span>Extrait de la loi Belge concernant les armes \u00e0 feu (9 juin 2006) : Seuls sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 exposer, vendre, \u00e9changer des armes en vente libre en Belgique, dans une bourse militaria, les titulaires d\u2019un agr\u00e9ment d\u2019armurier et\/ou de collectionneur. Pour les exposant NON BELGES, les armuriers professionnels sont seuls autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 exposer ce type d\u2019armes. Sont \u00e9galement interdites \u00e0 la BOURSE ,<\/span> les munitions en \u00e9tat de fonctionnement, ainsi que les douilles et les projectiles, \u00e0 moins qu\u2019ils n\u2019aient \u00e9t\u00e9 rendus inaptes au tir. Armes en vente libre en Belgique : armes neutralis\u00e9es par le banc d\u2019Epreuve, armes blanches non prohib\u00e9es, certaines armes \u00e0 feu anciennes, utilisant exclusivement cartouches \u00e0 poudre noire et \u00e0 amor\u00e7age incorpor\u00e9 dont le mod\u00e8le ou le brevet est ant\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1890 et fabrication ant\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1945, armes anciennes se chargeant par culasse, la bouche du canon ou l\u2019avant du barillet, exclusivement avec cartouches \u00e0 poudre noire ou avec cartouches \u00e0 poudre noire \u00e0 amor\u00e7age s\u00e9par\u00e9, certaines armes \u00e0 feu d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat historique, utilisant des munitions \u00e0 poudre vive, d\u00e9finies par le Roi, les armes factices, d\u2019alarmes (poin\u00e7on BEL), armes de signalisation (si impossibilit\u00e9 de tirer une cartouche \u00e0 gaz ou \u00e0 balle).
\nIl est \u00e9galement interdit de vendre, d\u2019\u00e9changer ou d\u2019exposer tout objet pouvant donner lieu \u00e0 tout sentiment de racisme ou x\u00e9nophobie. Chaque exposant doit \u00eatre en r\u00e8gle avec la l\u00e9gislation et en particulier les lois fiscales en vigueur en Belgique. Ni les organisateurs, ni leurs collaborateurs ne peuvent \u00eatre rendus responsables du fait que lors d\u2019un contr\u00f4le \u00e9ventuel, les exposants ne soient administrativement pas en r\u00e8gle<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6.<\/span><\/span>   <\/span><\/span>  <\/span>Parkings des exposants est pr\u00e9vu,aucun<\/span> v\u00e9hicule ne peut entrer dans le chapiteau. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/span>7.<\/span><\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsabilit\u00e9 :
\n<\/span><\/span>Ni les organisateurs, ni leurs collaborateurs ne peuvent \u00eatre rendus responsables pour la perte, le vol ou des dommages au mat\u00e9riel apport\u00e9s et sur les stands. Ni les organisateurs, ni leurs collaborateurs ne peuvent \u00eatre rendus responsables d\u2019accidents ou de dommages corporels quel que soit l\u2019endroit de la bourse. Tout dommage caus\u00e9 par un participant ou un visiteur, sera r\u00e9par\u00e9 aux frais de l\u2019auteur. Chaque participant \u00e0 la bourse devra \u00eatre assur\u00e9 en responsabilit\u00e9 civile et contre l\u2019incendie. Il est strictement interdit de produire du feu ou d\u2019entrer sur le site avec des produits inflammables.  <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8.<\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span>Extincteurs<\/span><\/span> : CHAQUE participant est oblig\u00e9 d\u2019avoir un extincteur valable et contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. Chaque participant est responsable pour tout dommage caus\u00e9 par un incendie.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

9.<\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span>Les chiens<\/span><\/span> : sont interdits 18.<\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019incendie<\/span><\/span> : il est strictement interdit de faire des feux ouverts (par exemple corbeilles\/ paniers de feu).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

10.<\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span>Si en cas de force majeur, la bourse ne pourrait avoir lieu, les exposants d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrits ne pourraient pas demander de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

11.<\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span>CHAQUE participant et ses assistants sont tenus de respecter ce r\u00e8glement d\u2019ordre int\u00e9rieur. En cas de situation de crise, ils suivront les indications du personnel organisateur et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sans tergiverser. En cas de conflit, le participant et ses assistants s\u2019en tiendront aux d\u00e9cisions des organisateurs. Toute infraction \u00e0 ce r\u00e8glement d\u2019ordre int\u00e9rieur peut entra\u00eener l\u2019expulsion du terrain et ce, sans avoir droit \u00e0 une indemnisation. En cas de diff\u00e9rence, le r\u00e8glement d\u2019ordre int\u00e9rieur N\u00e9erlandophone s\u2019applique.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

12  <\/span>Il est strictement interdit de fumer dans le chapiteau. Ils devront aller dehors et s\u2019assurer que leur m\u00e9got soit bien \u00e9teint.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

13.  <\/span>Chaque exposant devra se munir de tables pour mettre sa marchandise<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

REGULATION(PAYMENT) OF INTERNAL ORDER
\nThe stock exchange(grant) takes place on November 11th under warmed capital(big top) 
\nFrom 8:30 am till 4:00 pm
\n 
\n1. Your booking will be definitive only after complete payment of the place AND after reception of the form of registration(inscription). The payment has to be before made 15\/10 2008. The reserved(distant) stands(pits) not having been paid on 15\/10\/2008 will be redistributed to the other candidates (last-minute) .The remballage can be made only after 15h30.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n

2. The organizers reserve the right to refuse any demand of registration(inscription), and it, without having to give the motive.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n
 <\/span><\/div>\n
3. Every participant will receive a number of registration(inscription) in the order of arrival of the registrations(inscriptions). No priority will be granted(tuned) .Aucun refund(repayment) can be made only if a cancellation of the stock exchange(grant) takes place because of force majeure.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n

4. Arrival
\n       The opening of the secretarial department(secretariat) and the reception will take place of 6:30 am at 8:00 am, The opening to the public is at 8:30 am clarifies. Beyond 8:00 am, no more exhibitor will be accepted.

Stock exchange militaria: every stand(pit) has a linear 3 metre length (the side of sale) and a 2,5 metre depth The price(prize) by stand(pit) is fixed to 5 euro the linear metre with a minimum of 3 metres Every exhibitor will receive 2 free entrances(entries). The list of the salesmen of your stand(pit) must be communicated from the registration(inscription) of your stand.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n
An identity check can be made for the check.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n

Extract of the Belgian law concerning firearms (in June 9th, 2006): only are authorized to expose(explain), to sell, to exchange weapons on open sale in Belgium, in a militaria stock exchange(grant), the holders of an enjoyment(approval) of gunsmith andor collector. To exposing(explaining) them not BELGIANS, the professional gunsmiths are only authorized to expose(explain) this type of weapons. Ammunitions in state of functioning, as well as doh are also forbidden the STOCK EXCHANGE(GRANT), Ammunitions in state of functioning, as well as cartridges and missiles, unless they are made unfit of the shooting(firing). Weapons on open sale in Belgium: weapons neutralized by the bench of Test(Event), not prohibited cutting weapons, former(ancient) certain firearms, using exclusively cartridges with black powder and with incorporated baiting among which the model or the patent is previous in 1890 and previous manufacturing in 1945, former(Ancient) weapons taking care by breech, the mouth of the standard(cannon) or the front of the keg, exclusively with cartridges with black powder or with cartridges with black powder with separate baiting, certain firearms of historic interest, using ammunitions with lively powder, defined by King, artificial weapons, alarms ( BEAUTIFUL awl), arm(equip) with road marking (if impossibility to pull(fire) a gas cartridge or in ball(bullet)).
\nIt is also forbidden to sell, to exchange or to expose(explain) any object which can give place to any feeling of racism or xenophobia. Every exhibitor has to respect the legislation and in particular the fiscal laws current in Belgium. Neither the organizers, nor their co-workers can be made responsible for the fact that during a possible control, the exhibitors do not administratively respect.  <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6. Car parks of the exhibitors is foreseen(planned), no vehicle can enter the capital(big top).

7. . Responsibility: neither the organizers, nor their co-workers can be made responsible for the loss, the flight(theft) or for damages in the material(equipment) brought and on stands(pits). Neither the organizers, nor their co-workers can be made responsible for accidents or for physical injury whatever is the place of the stock exchange(grant). Any damage caused by a participant or a visitor, will be repaired at the expense of the author. Every participant to the stock exchange(grant) must be assured(insured) in civil liability and against the fire. It is strictly forbidden to produce of the fire(light) or to enter on the site with flammable products.  
\n8. Fire extinguishers: EVERY participant is obliged to have a fire extinguisher valid and checked near. Every participant is responsible for any damage caused by a fire.
\n<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9. Dogs: 18 are forbidden. Safety(security) of fire: it is strictly forbidden to make opened fires(lights) (for example baskets \/ baskets of fire(light)).<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

10. If in case of strength major, the stock exchange(grant) could not take place, the already registered exhibitors could not ask of damages.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

11. EVERY participant and his assistants are anxious to respect this regulation(payment) of internal order. In case of crisis situation, they will follow the indications of the organizing staff and the safety(security) without delaying. In case of conflict, the participant and his assistants will be held in the decisions of the organizers. Any malpractice against this regulation(payment) of internal order can pull(entail) the eviction of the ground and it, without being entitled to a compensation. In case of difference, the regulation(payment) of Dutch-speaking internal order applies.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
